I am Postdoctoral Research Fellow in volcano seismology at the University of Alaska Fairbanks' Geophysical Institute, working with Mike West. My research focuses on seismic monitoring at volcanoes, and I am currently comparing earthquake activity across many different volcanic systems to try and better understand what makes volcanoes erupt. I assist with seismic monitoring for the Alaska Volcano Observatory during volcanic crises, and I work as a field engineer for both the Alaska Volcano Observatory and the Alaska Earthquake Information Center.

When not in the office, I am either on my bike, playing the cello, or doing some team sport like floorball, hockey or frisbee.
